About SiteReport

The reporting tool we wish existed when we were on the other side of the inbox.

SiteReport is operated by 78 OVER 37 LIMITED, the company behind Overload.su's brand-defense practice. We take abuse reports from the public — for free — and run them through the same takedown machinery we operate for paying brand-owner clients.

Why this site exists

Most takedown services are sold to brands. That's where the budget is, and that's where the work is most repeatable. But for years our team watched ordinary internet users — pensioners, small-business owners, people who'd just been phished out of their savings — try to figure out where to send a complaint about a fake bank login page they'd been tricked into entering. The instructions on a registrar's website were never written for them. The "report abuse" page on a hosting provider's website demanded technical evidence they didn't know how to produce. Many gave up.

SiteReport is the entry point for those people. It's also a useful intake for security teams, journalists, researchers and CERTs who want to hand off a single URL without standing up a full vendor procurement. We do the boring abuse-handling work: identifying the right contact, packaging evidence, escalating when the first response is "thank you for your report" and nothing happens.

Who runs it

78 OVER 37 LIMITED is a private limited company providing brand-defense services. The same team that operates SiteReport handles paid retainers under the Overload.su brand for major financial-services, e-commerce and consumer-software clients. Every report you send through SiteReport is handled by the same engineers, with the same evidence standards, that we apply to a paying client's incident.

Our staff includes abuse-handling engineers, OSINT analysts, an in-house counsel for escalations and an incident manager who owns each case from intake to closeout. We do not outsource takedowns to third parties without you knowing about it; if a case requires an external specialist (for example, a UDRP-trained attorney for a complex domain dispute), we tell you in writing first.

Our principles

  • Reporters stay anonymous to operators. The bad actor never gets your name.
  • Evidence is forensic. Hashes, timestamps, source HTML, redirect chains. Not just a screenshot.
  • Closure beats noise. A case is "closed" when the abuse channel is dark, not when the first email is sent.
  • No retaliatory action. We do not hack, DDoS or spam-vandalise abusive infrastructure. Ever.
  • Free for victims. If a phishing page tricked someone out of their savings, asking them to pay for a takedown is wrong.

What you can ask us to do

SiteReport accepts reports for: phishing portals, fake online shops, investment and crypto scams, malware-distribution sites, brand impersonation, defamation and extortion sites, fake support hotlines, fraudulent ad redirects, scam SMS landing pages and fake mobile-app download pages. If you are not sure whether a site qualifies, send it anyway — we'll tell you whether we can help and, if not, point you to who can.

What you should not ask us to do

SiteReport is not a tool for silencing competitors, journalists, researchers or critics. We screen incoming reports for that pattern and decline cases where we believe a takedown would suppress lawful speech or commercial competition. If you are unsure whether a complaint qualifies, write to us first; an honest "we can't take this one" is faster than a wasted intake.

Working with us as a brand owner

If you represent a brand and need ongoing monitoring, structured intake from your customer-support inbox, board-level reporting and SLA-backed response, the full Overload.su domain-takedown service is the right fit. Email support@overload.su and ask for the brand-owner programme.
