1. Who you are agreeing with
This service is operated by 78 OVER 37 LIMITED. References to "we", "our" and "us" mean 78 OVER 37 LIMITED. References to "you" mean the person submitting a report or otherwise using this site.
2. Free intake
SiteReport's public abuse-reporting intake is provided free of charge for individual victims and one-off consumer cases. We may decline to act on reports that fall outside our scope (for example, content disputes between commercial competitors, intellectual-property questions that should be filed via DMCA channels, or matters that should be referred to law enforcement). Where we decline, we'll tell you and, where possible, point you to a more appropriate channel.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SiteReport to: (a) suppress lawful speech, journalism, research or commercial competition; (b) submit knowingly false or fabricated reports; (c) coordinate harassment or doxxing of any individual; (d) attempt to disrupt the service itself; (e) use it for any unlawful purpose. We screen incoming reports and reserve the right to decline or close any case at our discretion.
4. Accuracy of reports
You confirm that the information you submit is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate. Filing a knowingly false abuse complaint can be a criminal offence in many jurisdictions; we cooperate with law enforcement where we believe a complaint has been filed in bad faith.
5. No legal advice
SiteReport does not provide legal advice. Our reports, runbooks and educational content are provided for general information. If you need legal advice on a specific situation — defamation, IP, data protection, regulatory compliance — consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
6. No guarantee of outcome
While we maintain a high closure rate against compliant hosts and registrars, some infrastructure providers are unresponsive or operate in jurisdictions hostile to abuse complaints. Statistics quoted on the website (median takedown time, closure rate, etc.) are operational averages and not contractual guarantees applicable to any individual report.
7. Brand-owner mandates
Paid retainers for ongoing brand-defense services are governed by a separate written agreement. The free intake on this website is not a substitute for, and does not create, an attorney-client or vendor-client relationship of that kind.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this website is owned by 78 OVER 37 LIMITED. You may quote brief portions for non-commercial commentary with attribution. The SiteReport name and logo may not be used to imply endorsement of any third-party service without written permission.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or any free report is limited to one hundred euros (€100). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages — including any losses caused by an abusive website that we did not, or could not, take down. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, fraud or wilful misconduct).
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to SiteReport at any time, in particular for abuse of the intake. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that have accrued before termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
12. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact support@overload.su or message @OverSupBot on Telegram.
